We are a leading publisher of school textbooks and educational materials, looking for a female General Manager to oversee our sales and promotion department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage staff involved in sales and promotion of school textbooks.
• Lead and guide a team visiting schools, teachers, and libraries for book sales and adaptation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with school managements and educational institutions.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to expand book adoption.
• Monitor performance, set targets, and ensure company goals are met.

Requirements:

• Graduate (preferably in Education, Marketing, or Business Administration).
• Proven experience in sales management or educational publishing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
