You will be working as part of design and product team, collaborating closely with Creative Director, Frontend Developers, and QA Testers. Together, you will design and deliver user-centric digital solutions that aligns with brand's vision; ensuring clarity, usability, and visual excellence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end visual design efforts from concept to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, developers, and QA teams.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to guide informed design decisions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Ensure design consistency across products using design systems.
  • Champion user-centered design principles and promote iterative design processes.
  • Present and explain design concepts clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster design knowledge sharing within the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven 3+ years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Framer and WebFlow.
  • Ability to create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Experience working within an established design system, with the ability to contribute to and evolve that system as needed.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams (Strategy, Social, Tech, and Marketing) in an agile environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale.
  • Attention to detail, with a passion for delivering pixel-perfect, intuitive, and impactful user experiences.
