Role Overview

We are looking for a talented
Figma Designer
to join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning UI/UX designs for websites, dashboards, and product interfaces used by thousands of gamers and developers worldwide. This role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to turn abstract ideas into polished, interactive Figma prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create intuitive UI/UX designs using Figma for web, mobile, and dashboard interfaces
  • Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to understand requirements
  • Build clean wireframes, mockups, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Ensure design consistency across all products and branding assets
  • Work with developers to hand off accurate, functional design specs
  • Improve the user experience across PIXPEL's ecosystem through research and feedback

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as a UI/UX or Figma Designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing Figma work (UI/UX mandatory)
  • Ability to design modern dashboards, landing pages, and mobile-friendly layouts
  • Solid understanding of design systems, typography, spacing, and component libraries
  • Basic understanding of Web3 or gaming is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping
  • Familiarity with Web3 products, gaming platforms, or blockchain-based UI
