Store Officer

Job Summary:

Sarhand Packages is seeking an experienced Store Officer to oversee the inventory and stock management in our carton manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and coordinating with production and procurement teams to streamline material flow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

· Minimum required qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

· Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.

· Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in storage management.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage overall store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

· Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials, tools, and finished goods.

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.

· Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to prevent shortages and excess stock.

· Track incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper documentation.

· Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow.

· Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards in the storage area.

· Generate inventory reports and provide data analysis for management review.

· Supervise store staff, ensuring proper workflow and adherence to company policies.

· Any other relevant task as per requirement from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs70,000.00 per month
