SEO Manager – Experienced & Results-Driven

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced SEO Manager who can rapidly improve keyword rankings, drive organic traffic growth, and implement data-driven SEO strategies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of ranking websites in competitive niches, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver measurable results quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and keyword rankings
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis
  • Optimize on-page elements including metadata, internal linking, site structure, and schema markup
  • Oversee technical SEO audits and implement improvements (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, site speed, etc.)
  • Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized content that ranks
  • Manage link-building strategies using only white-hat methods
  • Monitor daily/weekly performance in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools
  • Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices
  • Provide monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities to achieve fast ranking improvements without compromising quality or compliance

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of proven SEO experience with clear ranking success stories
  • Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, GSC, etc.
  • Experience in improving rankings in competitive niches
  • Strong understanding of keyword intent, SERP behavior, and Google algorithms
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience with SEO for e-commerce or large-scale websites
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, WordPress, or CMS platforms
  • Knowledge of content marketing strategy
  • Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
