We are looking for a talented and results-driven Female SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team and help enhance our online presence.

Job Description:

As an SEO Specialist at BM Events, you will optimize our digital platforms, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings. You'll work closely with content, marketing, and design teams to implement innovative strategies, ensuring our brand stands out in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking to improve rankings.
  • Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
  • Technical SEO: Perform detailed site audits using tools like ScreamingFrog, improve site speed, fix crawlability issues, and ensure mobile optimization.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to identify SEO opportunities and ensure all content follows SEO best practices.
  • SEO Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other SEO tools; analyze trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Local SEO: Optimize local listings including Google My Business to maximize visibility in target regions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content writers, and social media specialists to align SEO with overall marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience: At least [X] years of hands-on SEO experience, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and experience with ScreamingFrog for site audits.
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Content knowledge: Strong understanding of keyword research, content optimization, and SEO strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, IT, Digital Media, or a related field.
