Elahi Group of Companies (EGC) is one of the largest traders and brokers of sugar, pulses, and other commodities in the Pakistan commodity market. Over the past decade, EGC has expanded its presence and has become importers, sole-agents, and distributors of internationally recognized brands in the electronics industry, including Mitsubishi (SIAM) Compressors, Embraco, and Browdcrowns. Founded thirty-six years ago, EGC has diverse interests in various areas of consumer trade. The group's directors are actively involved in business organizations in Pakistan, allowing EGC to develop prime knowledge and diversify its business portfolio.

Department: Real Estate (Warehousing & Commercial Properties)

Location: Karachi

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote warehouse and commercial property listings.

· Develop brochures, banners, social media content, and online listings.

· Identify target clients (industrial, commercial businesses) and engage them through strategic outreach.

· Build relationships with property dealers, agents, and brokers.

· Manage online platforms like Zameen, OLX, and property websites.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

· Assist in pricing strategies and leasing proposals.

· Support the sales team with promotional material and client follow-ups.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's is a plus).

· 3 years' experience in real estate or commercial marketing preferred.

· Strong understanding of the real estate and warehousing sector.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and digital marketing skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
