Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for Incharge Proposals. The Incharge Proposals will be responsible for overseeing the entire proposals process, including identifying potential opportunities, developing comprehensive proposals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing proposal submissions, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while ensuring the highest quality in proposal deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and managing proposals in the engineering, chemical, or power sectors
• Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in proposal software and MS Office Suite
• Understanding of ISO, OHSAS, and ASME standards is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
