Social Media Marketing Management Executive

Location: Karachi (Onsite)

About the Role

MobiTising is seeking a passionate, tech-savvy, and creatively sharp SMM Executive who thrives on content creation, social trends, and digital storytelling. You'll assist in STRATEGIC POSTING, video content ideation, and daily social execution across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Channels, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

· Content Scheduling & Technical Management

· Schedule and queue content using Post Planner, leveraging:

o Smart Queueing

o Time Optimization features

o Platform-specific preview tools

Maintain and execute a structured monthly posting calendar for:

· Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Channels, YouTube (Community), and TikTok

· Use Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Page Tools for publishing and insights

· Track and follow platform-specific content requirements (e.g., post dimensions, caption limits, optimal formats)

SMM Video Ideation, Execution & Coordination

· Research and pitch trending video ideas, reels, and short-form formats aligned with MobiTising's content themes

· Recreate or innovate over viral content ideas with fresh concepts and storytelling

· Script, shoot, and coordinate video production

· Collaborate with the internal editing team for post-production (transitions, subtitles, visuals)

· Manage the full video content lifecycle: idea to script to shoot to edit to publish to performance tracking

Community, Trends, & Performance Monitoring

· Monitor and manage engagement (comments, DMs, audience feedback) across all platforms including WhatsApp Channels

· Generate weekly content performance reports from native analytics

· Maintain a log of high-performing and underperforming posts

· Recommend platform-specific content and timing optimizations based on data insights

Platform Expertise & Tool Usage

Solid working knowledge of:

· Facebook & Instagram (Reels, Stories, Carousels, Lives)

· LinkedIn (PDFs, document posts, B2B tone, analytics)

· WhatsApp Channels (broadcast-style stories and updates)

· YouTube (Community tab, Shorts, subscriber engagement)

· TikTok (trending sound adaptation, native edit tools)

Bonus Tool Experience:

· PostPlanner, Canva, CapCut, Meta Suite, ChatGPT, Google Sheets

Who Should Apply

· Final semester students or recent graduates from:

· Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or Visual Arts

· Candidates who are personally active on social media, understand content trends, and follow creators closely

· Basic portfolio of video/reel work (even self-shot) is a plus

· Strong writing skills in both English and Urdu for hooks, captions, and trend-based scripting
