We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Billing Credentialing Specialist to join our team. This is a 100% on-site position — remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working specifically in medical credentialing. This role requires a deep understanding of the credentialing process for healthcare providers and facilities, including enrollment, revalidation, and ongoing maintenance with insurance companies and payers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and complete credentialing and re-credentialing applications for providers.
  • Maintain up-to-date data for all providers in credentialing databases and online systems.
  • Follow up with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely processing.
  • Ensure compliance with all payer requirements and regulations.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding credentialing status and provide credentialing support to internal departments.
  • Track expirations of licenses and certifications to ensure timely renewals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience specifically as a Credentialing Specialist in a medical billing or healthcare setting (required).
  • Strong understanding of credentialing procedures and payer requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and credentialing software/systems.

This position is strictly on-site at our Satellite Town Rawalpindi office. Remote or hybrid work is not permitted.
