Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for a Global Head of Manufacturing. The role involves overseeing manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, and driving innovation to improve scalability and quality. The Global Head of Manufacturing will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices, implement strategic initiatives, and monitor compliance with international and local regulatory standards. Regular responsibilities include optimizing supply chain processes, managing budgets, and mentoring manufacturing teams to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills in managing manufacturing operations and teams
  • Expertise in production optimization, process innovation, and supply chain management
  • Experience with implementing quality assurance and regulatory compliance measures
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred)
  • Background in the fintech or technology industry is a plus
