Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Secretary to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily office operations including filing, record-keeping, and documentation.
· Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
· Schedule meetings, appointments, follow ups and maintain calendars for management.
· Prepare letters, memos, reports, and other official documents.
· Assist in maintaining office inventory, supplies, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
· Support HR and admin tasks such as attendance updates, staff coordination, and basic data entry.
· Welcome guests, clients, and visitors, ensuring a professional front-desk experience.
· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and timely support.
Requirements
· Minimum intermediate/bachelor's degree (administration background preferred).
· Proven experience as an admin secretary, office assistant, or similar role.
· Strong command over CRMs, inventory softwares, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Professional behavior, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to Rs90,000.00 per month
