Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor located in Islamabad. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students and their parents throughout the recruitment process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting counseling sessions, assessing academic achievements and financial situations, matching students with appropriate courses, and assisting with the application process. The Counselor will also maintain relationships with colleges and universities and ensure that all parties' criteria and requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong counseling and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in academic advising and student recruitment
  • Knowledge of international education systems and admission processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using recruitment and education management systems
  • Familiarity with visa processes and requirements for various countries
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in overseas education consultancy is a plus
