SpectrumBPO is seeking a talented SEO Executive to join our team. As an SEO Executive, you'll be responsible for managing all search engine optimization and marketing activities to improve our rankings on major search engines. This includes overseeing link building (most important), and keyword research.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1.5 years professional SEO experience.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, ranking strategies, and search engine algorithms.
  • Innovative and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, with a positive approach to all tasks.
  • Familiarity with search engine functions and overall marketing principles.
  • Experience using Ahref, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Schema markup

Responsibilities:

  • Research and implement SEO recommendations.
  • Analyze competitor advertising links and recommend new content based on gap analysis.
  • Develop and execute a link-building strategy.
  • Research and identify relevant websites for backlink opportunities.
  • Outreach to website owners, bloggers, and publishers for backlinks.
  • Monitor and analyze backlink performance using SEO tools.
  • Maintain an organized record of outreach and acquired backlinks.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Recommend improvements to website architecture, content, and linking to boost rankings.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs45,000.00 per month
