The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client sales meetings, building strong relationships, and promoting our software solutions. You will manage the sales process from presentations to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with a strong interest in technology and software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new sales opportunities through market research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain software benefits clearly
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to meet customer needs
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance against targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates may also apply)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with software sales or the construction industry (preferred but not required)
