Job Description
HBCS Pvt. Limited is seeking an experienced ERPNext Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, design, and consulting of ERPNext across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a consultant-level professional with strong ERPNext expertise, capable of coordinating with developers and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects
- Gather and analyze business requirements and design ERPNext workflows
- Configure ERPNext modules according to organizational needs
- Coordinate with developers/programmers for system customization
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support
- Ensure system optimization and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as an ERPNext Functional / Implementation Consultant
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ERPNext modules and system design
- Experience working on ERPNext implementation projects
- Ability to collaborate with developers and technical teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ERPNext customization and consulting
- Understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Operations)
- Prior ERP consulting experience
