Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented trainee SQA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software testing principles and a passion for ensuring the quality of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
  • Execute test cases and report defects, providing thorough documentation.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of software applications.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of test plans.
  • Work closely with developers to identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of testing methodologies and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional Skills (preferred):

  • Knowledge of automated testing tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic programming/scripting skills.
