About Us:
We are a growing digital marketing and real estate solutions agency seeking to streamline our internal operations, project management, and client delivery workflows.
Objective:
We want to set up ClickUp as our central operations hub and automate as many processes as possible to ensure efficiency, transparency, and scalability across all departments.
Scope of Work:
The consultant will be responsible for:
ClickUp Workspace Setup: Structuring spaces, folders, lists, and tasks according to our business needs.
Process Mapping: Understanding our company workflows (Sales, Marketing, Content, Design, Paid Media, SEO, Development, HR, Finance, etc.) and translating them into ClickUp systems.
Automation & Integration: Creating automations within ClickUp and connecting with other tools (Slack, Google Drive, Gmail, CRMs, etc.) where required.
Documentation & SOPs: Building templates and documenting processes to ensure repeatability.
Training & Support: Guiding our team on how to use ClickUp effectively, including best practices and dashboards for reporting.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience setting up ClickUp for agencies or service-based businesses.
Strong knowledge of ClickUp Automations, Custom Fields, Dashboards, and Templates.
Ability to understand business operations and recommend optimized workflows.
Familiarity with integrations (Zapier, Make, n8n, or native ClickUp integrations).

Engagement Type:
Short-term project-based setup with the possibility of long-term support/retainer.
