Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a talented Animator and Motion Graphics Designer to join our in-house content production team.

This role involves creating high-quality animations,reel, video, motion graphics, and AI-driven video content that enhance our brand's storytelling and marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in character rigging, 2D and 3D animation, reel, motion graphics, and product videos, along with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Animation & Motion Graphics:

  • Character Rigging: Design and develop smooth, realistic character rigs for 2D and 3D animations, ensuring fluid movement and natural deformations.
  • Motion Graphics & Visual Effects: Create engaging motion graphics and dynamic visual effects for product videos, AI-driven content, and marketing assets.
  • 2D Animation Development: Produce high-quality 2D animations, including traditional animation, cut-out animation, and motion graphics for various platforms.

Video Production & AI Content Creation:

  • Product Videos: Develop compelling animated product videos that effectively showcase company offerings, services, and AI solutions.
  • AI-Powered Video Content: Collaborate with the AI team to create AI-enhanced explainers, tutorials, and promotional videos.
  • Marketing & Branding Assets: Design animated marketing content, including social media animations, digital ads, and corporate branding visuals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Project Completion: Deliver at least 90% of animation projects within the set deadlines.
  • Animation Quality: Maintain a consistent standard of excellence in motion design and animation output.
  • Brand & Marketing Impact: Increase engagement metrics through visually compelling content.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in animation, motion graphics, or video production.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Blender, Maya, or other animation tools.
  • Expertise in character rigging, 2D animation, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative animation ideas that align with brand identity.
  • Prior experience in AI-powered video content is a plus.
