Salesman – Paint Industry (Tender Specialist)

We are a well-established organization in the paint industry, specializing in supplying high-quality products for commercial, industrial, and government projects. We are now looking for an experienced Salesman who is skilled in identifying and securing government and private tenders within the paint and coatings sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, track, and apply for government and private tenders relevant to paint and coating products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement departments, contractors, and project consultants.
  • Prepare and submit bid documents, ensuring compliance with all tender requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize company profitability.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and project opportunities in the construction and industrial sectors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and tender management within the paint or construction materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement portals and private tender procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
