Position Overview:

IMSI Technologies is seeking a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our build pipeline, address security vulnerabilities, and modernize our release processes. This role demands someone who thrives on solving infrastructure challenges, streamlining deployments, and collaborating across teams to deliver reliable, secure software.

You'll lead the charge in implementing robust CI/CD pipelines, managing daily builds, and integrating automated testing. If you know your way around GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, and secure release workflows—this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own and modernize the complete build and release pipeline

· Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions

· Manage daily build processes, including sanity testing, troubleshooting, and reporting

· Implement proper code signing for installers and enforce secure build practices

· Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD workflows

· Accelerate localization pipeline and integration

· Oversee and improve release management processes to support timely and high-quality software releases

· Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues

· Maintain and enhance build environment reliability, scalability, and performance

· Ensure all DevOps practices align with industry best practices and security standards

· Mentor junior DevOps Engineer and enforce best practices

Required Qualifications:

· 5+ years of DevOps experience with a focus on security and release management

· Proven experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and GitHub

· Proficient in Python scripting for automation within DevOps workflows

· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies

· Strong understanding of SDLC, release processes, and testing automation

· Knowledge of Docker containerization and deploying microservices in containerized environments

· Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems efficiently

· Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with full professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in CAD/3D Modeling software development environments

· Familiarity with digital rights management systems

· Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

· Background in managing signed release processes

· Familiarity with JIRA for task tracking, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination
