Hiring - Sales Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to drive business growth through consultative selling and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve targets. Real estate or property sales experience is highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Identify and engage potential clients to generate sales opportunities.


• Provide model briefings to clients.


• Generate business through cold calling and convert qualified leads into clients.


• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.


• Achieve monthly sales targets.


• Track sales activities using CRM tools.


• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

REQUIREMENTS:


• Must be a graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred).


• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred).


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Self motivated, organized, and target oriented.
