Role summary:

We're hiring a Flutter Developer (1–2 years) to build and maintain high-quality mobile apps, turn Figma designs into smooth UIs, integrate APIs, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Flutter apps for Android/iOS.
  • Convert Figma/XD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UIs.
  • Implement state management (BLoC/Riverpod/Provider) with clean, modular code.
  • Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs; handle auth, errors, and offline scenarios.
  • Use local storage (Hive/SQLite/Drift) and basic caching.
  • Write readable, testable code; participate in code reviews.
  • Diagnose and improve performance (rendering, memory, startup).
  • Prepare release builds and assist with Play Store/App Store submissions.
  • Collaborate with designers, PMs, and backend engineers; provide clear estimates and updates.
  • Follow security, privacy, and permission best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years hands-on Flutter/Dart in production apps.
  • Strong grasp of state management and clean architecture.
  • Solid API integration, JSON serialisation (freezed/json_serializable), and error handling.
  • Git/GitHub experience (branches, PRs, code reviews).
  • Responsive UI, theming, custom widgets, and basic animations.
  • Basic unit/widget testing and debugging.

Nice to have:

  • Flutter Web/Desktop exposure.
  • CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Codemagic, Fastlane) & store release experience.
  • Payments, maps/location, deep links, background services.
  • App security hardening (obfuscation, secure storage).
  • Internationalisation (i18n), accessibility, and analytics.
