Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior UI Path Developer, located in Cyberjaya. The Senior UI Path Developer will develop, implement, and maintain UI Path solutions to automate business processes. Day-to-day tasks will include designing, coding, and testing automation workflows, troubleshooting and resolving issues with existing processes, and continuously improving system performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient automation solutions will also be a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Design & Development

  • Create advanced UiPath workflows using best practices and reusable components.
  • Develop attended and unattended bots for different business use cases.

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process flows

  • Translate business requirements into technical automation solutions.

Testing & Deployment

  • Conduct unit and integration testing of automation solutions.
  • Deploy bots to UiPath Orchestrator and schedule them effectively.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Monitor automation performance and handle exception cases.
  • Optimize existing bots for better performance.

Leadership & Mentoring

  • Guide junior developers and ensure adherence to RPA best practices.
  • Review code and provide feedback.

Required Skills

Technical
:

  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related tools.
  • Knowledge of VB.NET/C# and SQL.
  • Familiarity with APIs, OCR, and AI-based automation.

Analytical
:

  • Strong process analysis skills.
  • Problem-solving and debugging expertise.

Soft Skills
:

  • Leadership and mentoring ability.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • UiPath Developer Advanced Certification (highly preferred).
  • 4-5 years of RPA experience, with at least 2–3 years in UiPath specifically.
