Position Summary:

We are looking for a visionary and strategic leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience in academic leadership or campus administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management, growth, and day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring high standards in education delivery, staff performance, and student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and operational management for the campus.

Ensure academic excellence through collaboration with faculty and academic teams.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Manage budgets, facilities, and campus resources effectively.

Lead staff recruitment, development, and performance reviews.

Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, parents, and regulatory bodies.

Drive student enrollment and retention initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior academic or administrative leadership role.

A Master's degree or higher in Education, Management, or related field.

Proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of academic standards, regulatory frameworks, and institutional compliance.

Passion for student development and academic integrity.
