Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Visa Officer based in Karachi. The role involves processing visa applications, verifying documentation, assessing eligibility, and maintaining accurate records. The Visa Officer will interact with applicants, provide guidance on procedures, resolve inquiries, and ensure compliance with immigration regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Graduation preferred (Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience).

Experience: Fresh

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of visa processes, categories, documentation requirements, and embassy procedures.

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written).

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service.

Customer service–oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Technical Proficiency: MS Office, database management, and relevant software/tools (CRM, etc.) will be an advantage.

Work Environment: Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

Preferred Location

Candidates residing in nearby areas such as DHA, Clifton, Gizri, Korangi Crossing, Saddar, Mehmoodabad, SMCHS, Shahrah-e-Faisal, and Bahadurabad will be preferred.
