Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with 1-2 years of expertise in test and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated testing strategies to ensure the highest quality standards for our web applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Strategy & Planning:

  • Design and implement comprehensive test automation strategies
  • Develop detailed test cases, test plans, and testing documentation
  • Conduct sanity and smoke testing for rapid validation of critical functionalities
  • Create and maintain automation frameworks from scratch

Test Automation & Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium
  • Implement end-to-end testing for web applications
  • Create performance and load testing scripts using JMeter
  • Build API automation tests and integration test suite
  • Conduct regression testing for each release cycle
  • Perform cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing

Technical Requirements:

Must Have:

  • 1-2 years of professional QA automation experience
  • Experience with performance testing using JMeter
  • Proficiency in writing and executing test cases
  • Experience with sanity and smoke testing methodologies

Testing Types & Methodologies:

  • End-to-end testing
  • Regression testing
  • Sanity and smoke testing
  • Performance and load testing
  • API testing
  • Cross-browser testing

Tools & Technologies:

  • Automation Tools: Playwright, Selenium WebDriver
  • Performance Testing: JMeter
  • Version Control: Git

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with mobile testing/selenium
  • Knowledge of security testing methodologies
  • Experience with cloud testing platforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in test automation
