Technosys is looking for Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist role at a company that builds ERP, analytics, and AI-powered solutions for retail, logistics, and manufacturing clients.

The ideal candidate must have:

At least 2–3+ years of hands-on experience building AI/data products in a company setting — academic or hobby projects are not sufficient

Proven ability to work with large SQL/tabular datasets — especially LLM-driven querying or summarization from structured data

Delivered LLM-based solutions beyond RAG, including techniques like few-shot prompting, prompt tuning, query generation, etc.

Built real, deployed products such as forecasting models, recommendation engines, chatbots, or sentiment analysis systems

Demonstrated initiative and ownership: Identifying business needs, proposing solutions, building them, and showing measurable impact

Experience working in domains like ERP, CRM, retail operations, or logistics

Must have 2- 3 years of AI development.
