Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team at Enza Home Lahore. This internship offers hands-on experience in retail operations, customer engagement, and sales strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about furniture, interior design, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in day-to-day store operations.
  • Greet and engage customers, providing excellent in-store service.
  • Understand customer needs and help them choose suitable furniture and home accessories.
  • Support visual merchandising and product display activities.
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Help in managing sales documentation and updating inventory records.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, promotional events, and store marketing activities.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about retail, home décor, and customer service.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
