Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faisalabad for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing budgets, conducting feasibility studies, evaluating tenders, and monitoring expenses during the project lifecycle. The individual will also assist in contract management, ensure compliance with construction standards, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design
• Experience with Land Surveying and site measurements
• Knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Strong Communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in cost estimation and budget management
• Understanding of construction laws and regulations is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
