Senior Sales Executive
to join our growing team.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Senior Sales Executive
to lead front-end sales activities and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
digital services sales
, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads from platforms like
    Bark
    and social media.
  • Conduct client meetings, present proposals, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with the design and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience
    in sales, preferably in a
    digital marketing or creative agency
    .
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation via Bark, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented personality.
