Role Overview:

The AVP Sales is responsible for converting qualified leads into paying customers. This role involves conducting product demos, addressing client objections, negotiating pricing, and ensuring successful deal closure. The closer will work closely with the sales development and customer success teams to achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery calls and SaaS product demos with qualified leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from follow-up to contract closure.
  • Handle objections and communicate value propositions clearly.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize deals within company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and marketing to optimize lead conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales forecasts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
