Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Karachi. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the timely and effective execution of pest control tasks. Responsibilities include supervising field staff, maintaining service quality, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Site Supervisor will conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and coordinate with the management team for continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, supervision, and team management skills
• Experience in pest control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the industry
• Ability to conduct site inspections and prepare detailed reports
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operational management
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in pest management is plus
• Higher education or a degree in a related field is beneficial
