Role Description

The positions are moderated experienced lawyers, based on-site in Islamabad and Karachi. The incumbents will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. The role also involves assisting senior lawyers with case preparations and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Qualifications

• Basic required degree in law and admission to Bar in Pakistan is required. Exposure to formal education/training in accounting is desired
• Verifiable experience in :

-in representing clients in courts and negotiations and settlements

-Legal Research, Drafting Legal Documents, and Providing Legal Advice skills

-Knowledge of corporate, commercial and tax laws

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant work experience in a business law firm, in-house role is preferable
