Electrician – House Hyderabad

Job Description (JD):

The Electrician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems and equipment at the residence located at Rawal House, Rahuki, on Main Tando Jam – Mirpurkhas Road, near Usman Shah. The role requires hands-on experience in residential electrical work, troubleshooting, and ensuring all electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Diagnose and fix electrical issues promptly to avoid disruptions in household operations.
• Install and maintain lighting systems, power outlets, fans, air conditioners, and other household electrical appliances.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain electrical safety standards.
• Maintain records of all repairs and installations.
• Coordinate with the House Operations Manager for maintenance schedules and procurement of materials.
• Provide on-call support during emergencies or power failures.
• Assist in minor plumbing or generator maintenance if required.

Job Specification (JS):

• Education: Matriculation or Technical Diploma in Electrical or relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in electrical maintenance, preferably in residential or estate setups.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of wiring, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify and fix faults efficiently.
• Knowledge of generator, UPS, and basic solar systems preferred.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Location: Rawal House, Rahuki, on Main Tando Jam – Mirpurkhas Road, near Usman Shah.
• Accommodation: Provided by the employer.
