Production Support Officer Manufacturing

This role is an exciting opportunity to support GSK's manufacturing operations in Pakistan. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and driving operational efficiency. Collaboration is central to this role, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure consistent output and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of production, downtime, maintenance, and changeovers.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
- Identify and implement measures to improve machine efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications, Skills and Education

- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and supervisors.
- Experience working in a GMP-compliant environment.
- Familiarity with production equipment and technical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using software tools for record-keeping and reporting (e.g., SAP, Excel).
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Work Environment
This role is based on-site at our manufacturing facility in Pakistan.
