Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for software, hardware, and networking issues across the organization.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control within company systems.
  • Monitor and maintain servers, backups, and data security protocols.
  • Assist in software installations, updates, and license management.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.
  • Maintain IT inventory and ensure all assets are properly tagged and recorded.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection guidelines.
  • Support internal users through calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
  • Document all technical tasks, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Perform any other IT-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls).
  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and access points.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and server administration.
  • Basic knowledge of CCTV, biometric, and telephony systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Certification in CCNA, MCSA, or related fields will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in IT support or network administration (Minimum 1 year).

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) preferred.
