About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Operations Associate fluent in French to support our administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will handle data management, documentation, client communication (via email/chat), and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and French-speaking clients

Key Responsibilities:

Perform back-office tasks such as data entry, record management, and document processing.

Communicate professionally with French-speaking clients, vendors, and partners via email or other written channels.

Assist in preparing reports, maintaining databases, and updating operational records.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

Fluency in French (written and verbal).

Proven experience in back office, administrative support, or operations role.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data management tools.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a multinational or remote work environment.
