Video Editor and Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor and Vlogging Specialist to join our content production team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, experienced in video editing software, and comfortable being on camera or directing vlog-style shoots. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging video content that aligns with our brand's goals across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for vlogs, promotional videos, tutorials, and social media.
• Edit raw footage into polished final products using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Add music, sound effects, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the marketing/content team to develop ideas and scripts.
• Stay updated on current trends in video content and social media to produce relevant and appealing content.
• Organize and maintain a digital library of footage and project files.
• Ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining high creative standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video editor or vlogger with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for various platforms.
• Ability to shoot and light video effectively (bonus if you can operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Comfortable in front of the camera or directing others during vlogs.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and analytics.
• Experience with graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva.
• Basic animation or motion graphics skills.

Graphic Design:

• Brand Visual Identity:
• Design graphics that represent the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Create logos, branding materials, brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional content for both digital and print formats.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all designs meet brand standards in terms of typography, color schemes, and overall style.
• Social Media Graphics:
• Design visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram posts, Facebook ads, YouTube thumbnails, and banners.
• Create infographics, promotional banners, and visual content for campaigns to increase engagement and drive conversions.
• Web and Digital Design:
• Design website elements, such as landing page graphics, banners, and buttons, that are optimized for web use.
• Work on email marketing designs, including newsletter templates, visual assets, and branded elements.
• Print Design (if applicable):
• Create print-ready designs for business cards, posters, brochures, banners, and other materials needed for events, promotions, or branding.
• Prepare artwork for print by ensuring the correct resolution, bleed, and file format for high-quality print results.
• Creative Concept Development:
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.
• Provide visual direction and contribute ideas for enhancing the company's overall brand strategy.

Tools & Software Expertise:

• Video Editing Software:
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve for video editing.
• Experience with After Effects for motion graphics, titles, and animations.
• Graphic Design Software:
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design tools to create high-quality visuals.
• Experience with Canva or other online graphic tools for quick and easy design tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs25, Rs40,000.00 per month
