Position Overview

We are seeking a senior, hands-on design leader who can not only excel in UI/UX design but also guide and mentor a team of designers and video editors within the Marketing department. This role sits at the intersection of design leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration - acting as a manager who ensures creative excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with broader marketing objectives.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned campaigner who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances creativity with structure, and brings a strategic mindset to design-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and video editors, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between the design team, marketing managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of creative projects.
• Oversee the design process for ClearPath Orthodontics' digital platforms (websites, apps, landing pages, campaign assets, etc.) and ensure output aligns with brand vision and user needs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and style guides to guarantee consistency and quality across all user and marketing touchpoints.
• Translate marketing goals and user insights into intuitive, visually compelling, and impactful designs.
• Manage project timelines, workflows, and resources, ensuring multiple projects run smoothly in parallel.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine designs and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and marketing strategists to bring ideas to life with both creative and technical excellence.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, Artificial Intelligence, UI/UX best practices, and emerging design technologies, introducing innovations that give the company a creative edge.
• Provide strategic input on how design can strengthen marketing campaigns and customer engagement.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience, visual design, and marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing creative teams (designers, video editors, multimedia specialists).
• Strong background in project management - ability to prioritize, delegate, and deliver multiple projects on time.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with video editing workflows and multimedia production processes is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into intuitive user journeys and engaging campaign assets.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, marketing strategy, and brand positioning.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, marketing-driven environments is highly desirable.
