About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and organized
Operations Manager
to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure smooth business execution across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies that drive efficiency, quality, and productivity.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a hands-on approach to operational management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day
    business operations
    to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement
    operational strategies, processes, and policies
    to support organizational goals.
  • Monitor
    KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation
    to achieve performance targets.
  • Lead and motivate teams to ensure high-quality standards and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., Finance, HR, Sales, Logistics) to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks through
    data-driven process improvement

  • Prepare and present
    operational and financial reports
    for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with
    company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
    .
  • 5–8 years of experience in
    operations, business management, or process improvement
    .
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office Suite
    and familiarity with
    ERP or project management tools
    (e.g., SAP, , Asana).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with
    budgeting, performance analysis, and strategic planning
    is an advantage.
