Key Responsibilities:

Web Design for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements

Edit short-form videos like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and longer promotional videos

Create motion graphics, GIFs, and simple animations when needed

Keep brand style and voice consistent across all designs and videos

Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and build creative ideas

Adapt and resize existing designs and videos for different platforms and formats

Stay updated on trends in design, video editing, and social media

Manage multiple client projects simultaneously with timely delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a web/social posts designer and video editor (portfolio required)

Strong skills in Cap-cut & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Adobe XD)

A good eye for typography, color, and layout

Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good communication skills in English & Urdu and teamwork skills

Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud , Figma, or other design tools

Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends

Basic knowledge of audio editing and color grading
