Job Description:

As a architecturaldesignerat our firm, you will play a crucial role in creating detailed drawings and ensuring the smooth progression of architectural projects. You will be responsible for preparing precise working drawings, drafting submissions,andrendering, ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality architectural drawings, including submission drawings and working drawings.
  • Review and interpret architectural plans to produce detailed working drawings that reflect design concepts and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation of drafts for various stages of the project, including conceptual design, construction, and approval stages.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drafting software and techniques.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting necessary documents for permits and approvals.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven 2 years of experience in the architectural or construction industry.

Salary: 35,000 to 45,000 PKR

  • Applicant must be a perfectionist in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings, elevations, and construction standards.
  • Must be knowledgeable in the utilization of AI in architectural designing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
