We are looking for a Marketing Specialist for our Karachi Office.

On site role.

Timings: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Lead Generation: Conduct strategic outreach to identify and engage potential leads, with a focus on securing meetings with sponsors for the U.S office.

Lead Management: Manage and nurture potential leads through different stages of the sales funnel, with the goal of scheduling meetings for the U.S office. Maintain organized contact lists and track lead progression.

Email Marketing: Develop and execute individualized email marketing strategies tailored to potential leads, nurturing relationships and driving lead generation. Experience with mass promotional campaigns (e-blasts) is a plus, but the focus is on customized, strategic outreach.

Social Media Collaboration: Collaborate with the social media manager to leverage platforms like LinkedIn for lead generation.

Sales Support: Play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by scheduling meetings and facilitating the smooth handover of qualified leads. Prior experience booking meetings for a sales or business development team is highly desirable.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and stay informed on competitor activities to support outreach and lead generation efforts.

Data Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics to refine marketing strategies and improve performance.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and lead generation skills.

Experience in individualized email marketing strategies.

Ability to manage leads, track progress, and move them through the sales funnel.

Experience with scheduling sales meetings for the US market is ideal.

Experience in mass email campaigns or sales support is a plus.
