Quran with Tajweed/Tafseer/Translation. Female Teachers

Job Summary:

A Quran teacher is responsible for instructing students in the recitation, memorization (if needed), and understanding of the Quran. The role involves teaching the Quranic text, Tajweed (the rules of proper pronunciation and recitation), and the accurate context and interpretation of its verses.

Requirement:

Education Completion of Quranic Studies/BS/M.Phil. /MS in Islamic Studies/ Tajweed Certification Experience: Proven experience of at least 2 years of teaching Quran in a reputable organization.

Skills:

Fluent in English Strong problem-solving abilities Handling pressure and work load. Able to work from 11am to 7pm office based.

Key Responsibilities:

Memorization: Guiding students in memorizing Quranic verses (Hifz), setting goals, and providing support and encouragement throughout the memorization process.

Instruction: Teaching students how to recite the Quran accurately, adhering to the rules of Tajweed, and helping them understand the meaning and significance of the verses.

Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluating students' progress through regular recitations and reviews, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.

Classroom Management: Creating a respectful and focused learning environment, managing student behavior, and fostering a positive attitude towards learning the Quran.

Student Support: Offering additional help to students who need extra support, whether through one-on-one instruction or supplementary materials.

Parental Communication: Engaging with parents to discuss their child's progress, address concerns, and provide recommendations for supporting Quranic education at home too.

Professional Development: Continuing to deepen personal knowledge of the Quran and staying informed about educational best practices and advancements in Quranic teaching.
