Key Responsibilities
- Write engaging and impactful content, with a focus on LinkedIn posts, brand narratives and thought leadership pieces.
- Adapt tone, style, and messaging to reflect brand values and individual client narratives.
- Brainstorm and generate scalable content ideas and frameworks for long-term brand positioning.
- Collaborate with AI tools to:
- Train AI models to understand client's brand voice.
- Generate, refine and scale up content effectively.
- Conduct research to ensure content accuracy, originality and strategic alignment.
- Work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining quality and clarity.
Requirements
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a flair for impactful storytelling.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn content dynamics (engagement, tone, trends, formats).
- Refined critical thinking ability, capable of breaking down complex ideas and making them accessible.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with brand strategy and aligning content with brand identity.
- Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) how to train and use AI tools for content writing.
- Creativity and curiosity to experiment with new formats and ideas.
