Overview

Crisfella is seeking a responsible, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
Café Cashier & Floor Supervisor
to manage daily cash operations, support staff, and oversee all floor activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to maintain a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesCash Handling & POS Management

  • Manage cash counter and operate POS system efficiently.
  • Process customer orders, payments, and issue receipts accurately.
  • Maintain cash register balance; manage opening and closing cash counts.
  • Ensure secure handling of cash and payment transactions.

Floor Management

  • Supervise daily café floor operations to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and seating arrangements.
  • Ensure timely order delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints politely and effectively.

Staff Supervision

  • Lead and support staff during shifts.
  • Manage staff schedules and allocate duties.
  • Ensure team compliance with service standards, hygiene, and café SOPs.
  • Train new staff on customer service, POS use, and café procedures.

Inventory & Coordination

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation.
  • Keep track of stock levels for beverages, packaging, and counter supplies.
  • Notify management about shortages or maintenance issues.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a cashier or café/restaurant floor supervisor (preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of POS systems and cash handling.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage peak-hour pressure.
  • Professional, friendly, and reliable attitude.
  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree preferred.
