UI/UX Designer / Front-End Developer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer / Front-End Developer to join our team. This hybrid role requires both creative design expertise and technical front-end development skills. The successful candidate will design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and implement them into responsive, high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.


• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.


• Design responsive layouts for web and mobile applications.


• Develop and implement front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.


• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.


• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.


• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing.


• Maintain design systems and reusable component libraries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.


• Proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.


• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.


• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.


• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).


• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.


• Understanding of accessibility standards and usability best practices.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Experience with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions.


• Knowledge of RESTful APIs or GraphQL.


• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Portfolio showcasing both design and front-end development projects.
