Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Assistant. The position is based in Lahore, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. Key responsibilities include assisting the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and managing organizational tasks to support smooth sales operations. The Sales Assistant will also communicate with clients, address inquiries, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Customer Service abilities
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven Sales experience and a results-driven approach
- Strong Organization Skills for managing tasks and schedules effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
