Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact and follow up with potential leads / clients to convert them into clients. beBee+1
  • Conduct detailed consultations to understand a client's immigration goals, background, qualifications, and advise on suitable migration / visa / immigration programs (e.g. Canada, Australia, UK, EU etc.). Qureos+1
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals / pitches to clients, including cost estimates, timelines, visa categories, documentation requirements. beBee+1
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, visa/permit categories, policy changes, and procedural requirements for different countries. Qureos+1
  • Coordinate with internal processing / case management / documentation teams to ensure smooth handover and fulfilment of client cases. beBee+1
  • Manage the case documentation: guide clients in preparing required documents, filling out forms, ensuring compliance etc. (sometimes) depending on role level.
  • Record keeping: maintain accurate records of client interactions, status of cases, updates, using a CRM or similar system. Qureos+1
  • Meet or exceed sales targets / quotas (monthly or otherwise). beBee+1
  • Provide good customer service: respond to client queries, provide updates, follow up on pending items, manage expectations. Qureos+1

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience: Typically 2-3 years in sales / immigration consultancy related field. beBee+1
  • Good sales skills, especially closing deals, negotiation, persuading clients. beBee+1
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — fluent in English (and Urdu), able to explain complex immigration regulations in simple terms. Qureos+1
  • Customer-oriented, ability to build rapport and trust with clients. beBee+1
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment. beBee+1
  • Familiarity with immigration / visa application processes for multiple countries. Understanding of documentation, eligibility criteria etc. Qureos
  • Comfortable using CRM / case management tools / databases. Organised and good with detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs150,000.00 per month
